Frank Burns 82 rue Louis Antonin 30190 Saint Chaptes France Born in Anchorage, Alaska, on November 28, 1949. After growing up in the Seattle-Tacoma area, he studied mathematics at the University of Washington. After several years studying French and linguistics in Paris, he moved to the south of France in 1977. Besides writing astrology programs he is a technical translator for industrial software. |
